How to get started using Plaid
Start by adding your contacts
You can start by adding contacts one by one (or five at a time). Or you can quickly import an existing contact list. Please read our import guide for instructions on how to get your contacts loaded into Plaid.
Create your agenda
Think of all the people you need to contact and attach reminders to them. This will build your agenda.
It is important to understand that this is not a general task or to-do list. So, remember the milk is not an option. Instead a reminder is more like Call Tim, Meet with Latasha or Send email to Ken. Reminders are next actions connected to contacts.
Organize My Contacts list
Plaid makes it easy to create and edit contact lists. Start by creating your My Contacts list first. You can also add more lists for your classes, small groups, board members or worship team. First you select your contacts and then add a tag.

Add team members
If you have an account that supports ministry teams, you can add team members. Then you are able to assign reminders to them and build a shared agenda.
Email contact lists
View your list, select your contacts and then send an email. You can also add or remove people from the list, map or print the list. Plaid allows you to keep track of your contacts, but get ministry stuff done.
Follow up with visitors
If you want to dig deeper, a special type of contact is a visitor. You can list all visitors and assign reminders to them.
